You can enjoy easy camping on a campsite inside an amusement park! 

“Myoko Sunshine Camp” gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy a real camping experience. It has just opened, and can be found at the amusement park “Myoko Sunshine Land”, which is 5 minutes from the Nakago IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway.

This campsite was opened in the lawn area of the amusement park with the support of “CAPTAIN STAG” in Sanjo City, which offers a comprehensive range of outdoor and leisure products.

The campsite just opened last year, but the camp area has been expanded from this year.  You can enjoy camping in seven areas. The total area is about 2,500㎡, and reservations are accepted for a maximum of 14 groups per day.

Here you can enjoy camping by renting the latest set of camping goods from “CAPTAIN STAG” or, if you prefer, you can bring your own camping equipment.  There is also a plan that includes barbecue ingredients, so you can enjoy camping without the hassle of bringing your own food.

There is a dog run in the camp area, and you can stay with your dog.

In addition, there are the following benefits!

There is a plan to rent a set of camping equipment which includes bathing in the observation bath of the attached Sunshine Hotel and a ride on the Ferris wheel at night where you can enjoy the spectacular starry sky.

You can enjoy unforgettable experiences watching the stars, enjoying the amusement park at night, and the night view of Joetsu city seen from the top of the Ferris wheel.

If you add an optional fee, you can enjoy cycling with an electrically power assisted bicycle.  There is also a great value set that allows you to use a bicycle and use the golf short course (Kurumigaoka) with all equipment provided.
