Marine Hotel Hamanasu, an accommodation facility located in Kakizaki-Word, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and is offering a special plan from March 1 to express its gratitude for all the support it has received.

Marine Hotel Hamanasu boasts magnificent seasonal views of the Sea of Japan and beautiful sunsets, hot springs that are gentle on the skin and warm the body from the inside out, and cuisine featuring an abundance of seasonal seafood. To celebrate its 30th anniversary this year, the hotel is now offering two special lodging plans and one meal plan.

The first is the “30th Anniversary Special Accommodation Plan.

This plan allows you to stay in the hotel’s most luxurious room (Japanese/Western style room) and enjoy premium course meals.

For March only, the regular price of 22,550 yen (including tax) per person for two adults is available for 18,150 yen, and after Saturday, March 16, the price will be further halved to 9075 yen (the offer will end when the budget for the Hokuriku Ouen Wari discount runs out).

The second is the “Restaurant KAIGETSU 30th Anniversary Dining Plan,” which offers two special menus.

The first is the “Spring Seasonal Kaiseki. This kaiseki course is a little bit luxurious, featuring 8 dishes such as bonito tataki sashimi, Kanazawa’s specialty Jibuni, and Yanagawa nabe (Japanese beef stew), etc. Reservations are required at least 2 days in advance for parties of 2 or more. The price is 3000 yen (tax included).

The second is “Tomato Cream Pasta with Lobster” which is available only during lunch time. This pasta dish, lavishly prepared with lobster, is available only during lunch time in March and is priced at 1,650 yen (tax included).

The third plan is the “Superb Cuisine Accommodation Plan” subject to the Hokuriku Ouen Discount.

This is a luxurious accommodation plan where you can enjoy a total of 10 dishes for dinner, including 7 pieces of sashimi such as medium fatty tuna, sea urchin, and abalone, shabu-shabu with crab legs, Niigata wagyu beef grilled on an iron plate, and grilled nodoguro tuna with salt. The regular rate starts at 33,220 yen (including tax) per person for two adults, but with the Hokuriku Ouen Discount, the price starts at 16,610 yen (including tax) per person.

The 2nd KAIGETSU 30th Anniversary Meal Plan

■Period: March 1 (Fri.) – Lunch time 11:30 – 14:00, Dinner time 17:30 – 20:30
*Closed every Wednesday except March 20
■Fare: 3,000 yen (tax included)
*Reservations of two or more people are required at least two days prior to the visit.
■Content: 8-course kaiseki course including bonito tataki sashimi, Kanazawa jibe-ni, Yanagawa nabe of Japanese beef, mozuku tempura, etc. Free drinks included.

Tomato cream pasta with lobster
■Period: March 1 (Fri.)～31 (Sun.) Lunch time only 11:30～14:00
Closed every Wednesday except March 20
Price: 1,650 yen (tax included)
■Content: Pasta with sumptuous lobster. Includes raw vegetable salad and dessert.

Part 3: Superb Cuisine Accommodation Plan (Hokuriku Ouenwari Plan)
■Period: Saturday, March 16 – Friday, April 26
Closed every Wednesday except March 20
■Rates: Limited to use by 2 or more people, from 33,220 yen per person ⇒ Hokuriku Ouen Discount 16,610 yen (tax included)
Rates are subject to change depending on room type, weekend use, etc.
Hokuriku Oen Discount ends when the budget runs out.
