1.Characteristics of slopes and courses

It takes about 20 minutes by car from the Myoko Kogen IC or Shinanomachi IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway.Tangram Ski Circus is located on the northwest slope of Madarao Mountain and is a snow resort where you can ski, play, and stay in one place, with excellent family facilities and services.

There are 5 lifts and 19 courses for all levels from beginner to advanced.You can enjoy the finest powder snow with a spectacular view of the Five Mountains and Lake Nojiri.All trails are connected to the Hotel Tangram, the base of the ski area, so even first-time visitors can enjoy skiing without getting lost.

The courses are carefully maintained to keep them in good condition, and each course is laid out in a way that characterizes it as a place where you can ski at your leisure, a place where items are concentrated, and a place where you can go fast.

With a full lineup of rental equipment and lesson schools, beginners and advanced skiers and snowboarders alike can enjoy skiing and snowboarding!。The ski area is also connected to the adjacent Madarao Kogen Ski Area, and the Mount Pass (common lift ticket) allows you to further expand your ski area.

The Kids’ Park has a 40-meter moving walkway, and sleds, a bowler carousel, and other equipment in the park can be used free of charge by park visitors.

It also features a wide range of snow activities.Snow rafting, in which participants ride in a rafting boat pulled by a no-mobile and speed through the snow, is a thrilling and very popular activity.

Kids Snowmobile

A dedicated 200-meter round-the-clock course right in front of the hotel offers a fast-paced snowmobile experience.

This Lake Nojiriko Terrace is a popular photo spot for those who do not ski or snowboard, as it offers a panoramic view of Lake Nojiri and the five Kitashin peaks from an altitude of 1,100 meters.
