At the restaurant “Kaigetsu” in “Marine Hotel Hamanasu” in Kakizaki-Ward, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, where you can see the Sea of Japan, traditional Japanese lunch courses have begun to be offered from Thursday, November 5th. This lunch course is only available with a reservation.
An example of Shikisai Kaiseki(Traditional Japanese course): 2,500 yen per person (excluding tax)
The “Shikisai Kaiseki” provided by Kaigetsu uses carefully selected ingredients selected by the head chef. They use plenty of seasonal ingredients such as seasonal appetizers and fresh fish carpaccio. The menu changes depending on the season and the ingredients in stock.

・ Shabu-shabu (Japanese variant of hot pot) of crab and root vegetables
・ Locally-raised roast beef with green vegetables
・ Yasuzuka black rice crab cheese risotto

・ With drink bar. All you can drink menu
There are seven menu items with a drink bar. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance. Please enjoy this with family, friends, girls-only party, business lunches, etc.
