1.Features of slopes and courses

Komagatake, Kimenzan, and AMakazariyama in the foreground, and the Hakuba mountain range of Chubu-Sangaku National Park in the background.
On a clear day, you can see as far as the Sea of Japan, Sado Island, and the Noto Peninsula.

The courses are mainly for intermediate skiers with long distances, but are also equipped with courses suitable for pole training, such as alpine skiing, and cross-country courses (30% beginner, 50% intermediate, and 20% advanced).

The most popular course is the “Second Slope, Myouzyou Ridge Course” for intermediate skiers, which is known for its views along the ridge.

For beginners, the “Third Slope, Forest Course” is recommended.
The course is a forest course with a relatively gentle slope, and offers beautiful scenery created by cedars and beech trees, which is unique to this time of year.

For advanced skiers, “Slope 6” is recommended.
The course is a long, challenging single-burn course, and from the top of the mountain, skiers can enjoy a long run of up to 3,000 meters when skiing to the first slope.
Amakazariyama and Yakeyama can be seen in front of you.

Of course, the children’s playground “Chibikko Gelendo” is also available.
In the area next to the first slope, visitors can play with sleds and tubes.
After skiing, how about warming up your cold body at the adjacent “Shionomichi Onsen White Cliff”?
