New Greenpia Tsunan, located in Tsunan Town, Nakauonuma District, Niigata Prefecture, is an all-season resort spread across the Tsunan Plateau at the foot of Mt. Naeba. Centered around a resort hotel, the facilities offer a variety of activities to enjoy throughout the year.
Directly in front of the hotel lies a north-facing slope ski area where you can enjoy high-quality powder snow.

The course features five varied courses (40% beginner, 30% intermediate, 30% advanced).
The Stardust Slope, with its 50-meter width and gentle 13-degree average gradient, is popular among beginners. It’s an ideal course for families and beginners to enjoy relaxed skiing or practice the basics.
For intermediate and advanced skiers, we recommend the Cosmic Slope, measuring 1,100 meters in length, 45 meters in width, and featuring a maximum gradient of 30 degrees. Located at the very top of the ski area, it offers the exhilarating thrill of racing down from a gentle slope into a steep incline. Furthermore, the summit provides unobstructed panoramic views, allowing you to fully enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
Additionally, the ski resort features a snow play area (tubes, sleds, and snow play equipment) along with various activities like rafting boats and airboards, ensuring everyone from children to adults can fully enjoy the slopes.

The Subaru snack bar on the slopes offers a wide variety of ramen, soba, udon, and other dishes. Enjoy the “Magma Sauce Tsunan Pork Cutlet Curry” featuring local brand Tsumari Pork, along with set meal options.
Additionally, the Orion restaurant opens exclusively during the winter season. It serves stone-grilled keema curry, pasta, and rice bowls like tare katsu don.
