From the Joshinetsu Expressway’s Shinano-machi IC, it’s about a 6-minute drive to the slopes. The route to the slopes is straight and easy to navigate, avoiding winding mountain roads. The slopes feature gentle inclines and wide course layouts, making them ideal for beginners and children to improve their skills. It’s also known as a ski resort that children particularly enjoy.

The 13 varied courses (45% beginner, 35% intermediate, 20% advanced) offer outstanding views. Families can enjoy skiing and snowboarding with peace of mind on the wide, open slopes.
The Snow Dog Area at the ski resort features two courses requiring leashes and two courses where dogs can play off-leash. You can also access the upper slopes via lifts that allow dogs to ride along.
Additionally, at the Family Park—an area-exclusive spot offering fun at an affordable price—you can enjoy unlimited use of over 1,000 snow play items. You can even take the lift with your free sled.

Kurohime Forest Playland is a huge hit with families, offering indoor play while enjoying the outdoor scenery. It’s perfect for families with young children or when the weather isn’t cooperating.

Additionally, the slopeside features “Doggo Village,” a pet-friendly lodging where you can stay with your dog, making it comfortable for families and groups. Cabin-style units can accommodate up to 11 people, while trailer house-style units can sleep up to 4 people, each equipped with a kitchen and shower room.
