The sake was prepared with ingredients cultivated in what was formerly the Myoko Village area of Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-147309\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/23208bacfb56ba28766b51be9cf48505-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\u5929\u72d7\u306e\u96a0\u3057\u9152\uff5e\u9234\u61f8\uff5e_210615_2\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/23208bacfb56ba28766b51be9cf48505-400x300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>\r\nThis is\u00a0\u201cMyoko Tengu no Kakushi Sake Suzukake\u201d, which will be released as a summer limited edition sake. \u00a0It was planned and developed by the liquor stores \u201cJuniya\u201d and \u201cSake Kawakami\u201d in Sekigawa, Myoko City.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;Tengu no Kakushi Sake&#8221;\u00a0is a sake made from local ingredients, using the spring water of \u201cKoshitanrei\u201d cultivated in the Haradori area of Myoko City and \u201cOhshikakoushindo Shimizu\u201d in the Ohshika area. \u00a0Since 2009, they have been selling Nama-Genshu(unpasteurized undiluted sake) at the end of the year as a winter limited edition.<\/p>\r\n<p>Juniya: Mr. Kawakami<br \/>\r\n&#8220;Tengu no Kakushi Sake has a strong image of being only a local speciality, and I wanted to change that. \u00a0I planned to sell a limited sake, Suzukake, in the summer so that young people, and those unfamiliar with the sake, can experience it&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p>The brewer\u00a0of Suzukake is \u201cKiminoi Shuzou\u201d in Myoko City. \u00a0It is based on the \u201cNama-Genshu\u201d released at the end of the year, but the alcohol content is lowered to 13% so that people who are not familiar with sake, or who don\u2019t like sake, can also enjoy it.\u00a0 This brewed sake is prepared so that it is refreshing to drink in the hot summer, while leaving a rich taste. \u00a0It is delicious when you chill it and drink it on the rocks or with carbonated water, adding a squeeze of lemon and drinking it like a whisky and soda.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-147307\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/41674c2c8b569a3a7cb494d73d047793-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\u5929\u72d7\u306e\u96a0\u3057\u9152\uff5e\u9234\u61f8\uff5e_210615_0\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/41674c2c8b569a3a7cb494d73d047793-400x300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>We also specially designed the bottle and packaging so as to be as visually appealing as possible.
