He has a unique background, a junior high school teacher after graduating from college, and then a reporter at the local newspaper Joetsu Times.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mr. Sekihara says that he faced a problem of declining regional power during his experience as a teacher and newspaper reporter. So, he decided to make a base for the area. The dishes we offer are also unique to the region.
