The Municipal Aquarium Umigatari in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, is open 7 days a week during the year-end and New Year holidays.<\/p>\r\n

A New Year’s event will be held from December 28th (Monday) to January 31st (Sunday) 2021.The New Year’s events are as follows. “Kingashin Pen” where Magellanic Penguins greet the New Year, “Eto Water Tank” which displays creatures associated with the New Year’s Zodiac “Ushi”, Original Omikuji “Umigatari Penguins Mikuji 2021” “Etc.
