At\u00a0the restaurant \u201cKaigetsu\u201d in \u201cMarine Hotel Hamanasu\u201d in Kakizaki-Ward, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, where you can see the Sea of Japan, traditional Japanese lunch courses have begun to be offered from Thursday, November 5th. \u00a0This lunch course is only available with a reservation.<\/p>\r\n

The\u00a0\u201cShikisai Kaiseki\u201d provided by Kaigetsu uses carefully selected ingredients selected by the head chef.\u00a0 They use plenty of seasonal ingredients such as seasonal appetizers and fresh fish carpaccio.\u00a0 The menu changes depending on the season and the ingredients in stock.<\/p>\r\n
