This event is held jointly in February every year by six districts, including Yasuzuka-ward and Oshima-ward.
\r\nThe snow scene is illuminated with 100,000 candles along the roadside.
\r\nThe total length of the light is said to be 60 km, and many people visit every year from inside and outside the prefecture.<\/p>\r\n
