The Cupid of Romance Snow Resort is located 15 minutes by car from Iiyama Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen and 20 minutes by car from the Toyoda-Iiyama Interchange on the Joetsu-Shinetsu Expressway.Previously operating as \u201cKijimadaira Ski Resort,\u201d the facility changed its name to its current designation starting with the 2023 winter season following the conclusion of a naming rights agreement for singer Kohmi Hirose’s song \u201cRomance no Kamisama.\u201d<\/p>\r\n

Meanwhile, the advanced \u201cPioneer Course\u201d boasts Japan’s steepest slope at 46 degrees, offering a steep descent akin to sliding down a mountain peak. This innovative course delivers the sensation of plunging nearly vertically down a pristine powder slope.<\/p>\r\n

The beginner-friendly family course features the largest sledding hill in eastern Japan at 800 meters, plus a Kids Park packed with a bouncy dome and plenty of snow play gear. The Snow Park (AI Course), equipped with 15 to 20 features, is also widely enjoyed by visitors.<\/p>\r\n
