The famous event \u201cMatsunoyama Onsen Jazz Street,\u201d where the sounds of jazz echo throughout the Matsunoyama Onsen hot spring town in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture, will be held on Saturday, September 6 this year.<\/p>\r\n

Matsunoyama Onsen Jazz Street began in 2013 when someone visiting Matsunoyama Onsen happened to suggest, \u201cThe atmosphere of the hot spring town and jazz go well together. I want to hold a jazz event in Matsunoyama Onsen.\u201d The theme is \u201cThe entire hot spring town as a stage.\u201d Starting with free street performances at two venues, three artists will fill the hot spring town with music on a special stage.<\/p>\r\n

In the first part of the special stage, the \u201cHitsuma Band,\u201d which is based in Tokamachi City, and the \u201cHappo Bijin Club,\u201d which is based in the prefecture, will perform. In the second part, \u201cGrace Maya & kenken,\u201d who speak four languages and perform live throughout the country with their overwhelming singing voices and astonishing piano performances, will appear!<\/p>\r\n

Advance tickets are 3,000 yen (tax included) and come with a 500 yen voucher that can be used on the day for bathing, food, and shopping.
