(Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An event called \u201cLet&#8217;s Connect Naoetsu Umi Machi Art 2025,\u201d which will turn the town of Naoetsu in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, into an art stage, will be held from Saturday, August 23. In addition to exhibitions of works by local artists, there will be workshops that both children and adults can enjoy, as well as a stamp rally in the town center.
