This year marks the 100th anniversary of the event, and a limited edition of 900 sheets of frame stamps commemorating the event will be on sale at post offices in the Joetsu area from Friday, March 14.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/a68105807f70766cefa65b5811130504.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-277016\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/a68105807f70766cefa65b5811130504-725x1024.jpg\" alt=\"24F-0450_\u4fe1\u8d8a\u652f\u793e\" width=\"801\" height=\"1131\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/a68105807f70766cefa65b5811130504-400x565.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>This is the frame stamp commemorating the 100th Cherry Blossom Festival. Along with the cherry blossoms of Takada Castle Site Park, known as one of the three best nighttime cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan, photos of the three-story turret of Takada Castle, the symbol of the park, and the red bridge on the west moat are printed on the stamp. The photos were provided by the Joetsu Convention &amp; Visitors Association.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/a3f5b55b0e4b7f107ff47fbf721bdf01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-277015\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/a3f5b55b0e4b7f107ff47fbf721bdf01-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"250313_\u5207\u624b\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/a3f5b55b0e4b7f107ff47fbf721bdf01-400x225.jpg\" \/><\/a>The set includes 10 stamps, five each of 110 yen and two of 85 yen.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Still0313_00002-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-277013\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Still0313_00002-3-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Still0313_00002 (3)\" width=\"802\" height=\"451\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Still0313_00002-3-400x225.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>The project was organized by the Joetsu Area Liaison Committee of the Japan Post.
