The federation seeks to promote the appeal of Naoetsu\u2019s scenery and cultural assets through photography, and to expand people\u2019s interest in photo taking. \u00a0The theme of the photo is \u201cTake a photo and discover the charm of Naoetsu\u201d. \u00a0Only three items can be submitted per person, and anyone in Japan can apply. \u00a0However, it is restricted to unpublished works taken in Naoetsu between 2019 and the deadline<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span title=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<span title=\"\">The application deadline is Friday, November 20th.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>40 prizes will be awarded: ten top prizes, 20 runner-up prizes, and ten honorable mentions. \u00a0All entries will be exhibited at the \u201cNaoetsu Photo Fair\u201d to be held at Joetsu City Citizen\u2019s Plaza on December 5th and 6th.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mr. Miyauchi of the Joetsu Photo Federation said, &#8220;Because it is difficult to go somewhere due to COVID19, I hope you can gain a greater appreciation of your hometown by participating in this competition. &#8220;<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Naoetsu&#8217;s attractive photo contest<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\r\n\u25a0Deadline: Must arrive by Friday, November 20th<br \/>\r\n\u25a0 Application \/ Mailing address: 410, Maki Ward hirakata, Joetsu City, Niigata 943-0602, addressed to Naoyuki Miyauchi, Joetsu Photo Federation<br \/>\r\n<span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span title=\"\">\u25a0 Size: Wide quartet (digitally processed ones cannot be applied)<br \/>\r\n\u25a0 <\/span><\/span>Number of entries: Up to 3 per person.
