2021, with 20 artists exhibiting their works and about 15,000 visitors.This year&#8217;s theme is \u201cReturn Ports of the Past and Future,\u201d and artworks will be exhibited, workshops and live performances will be held at various locations around the island, mainly in the Ryotsu area, as well as guided tours to view the art festival.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
