This year, two events will be held simultaneously at the Kamabuta Ruins Park!<\/h2>\r\n

The \u201cJoetsu Myoko Gourmet Fest,\u201d an event that brings together Joetsu gourmet foods, and the \u201cGerman Beer Fest,\u201d where visitors can enjoy a German beer drinking contest, will be held simultaneously for three days from September 6 (Fri.) to 8 (Sun.) at the Kamabuta Ruins Park located near Joetsu Myoko Station in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture.<\/p>\r\n

With the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen line to Tsuruga, Fukui Prefecture this March, the event was planned to attract customers to nearby stores and create a lively atmosphere by holding a food and beverage event near Joetsu Myoko Station, which is becoming increasingly important as the gateway to Niigata Prefecture for visitors from the Kansai region.<\/p>\r\n

These two events were held at the same time last year near Joetsu Myoko Station.<\/p>\r\n

Joetsu Myoko Gourmet Fest will bring together food and beverage booths and kitchen cars from stores and businesses in Joetsu City and Myoko City.<\/p>\r\n

Twelve stores of various genres, from long-established establishments to popular restaurants, will be open, and menus featuring local ingredients such as suruten, tofu, satsuma-age, and Kubiki beef burgers, as well as local beer and soft drinks will also be available.<\/p>\r\n

New this year, a stamp rally will also be held around the venue. Stamp rally will be held at the venue and stores around Joetsu Myoko Station, and prizes will be given to those who collect all the stamps. Children as well as adults will be able to enjoy the event together.<\/p>\r\n

The German Beer Fest offers five beers with different authentic German characteristics.Sausages and other snacks that go well with beer will also be available.<\/p>\r\n

The stage at the venue will feature a variety of performances for adults and children alike, including jazz, storytelling, dance, taiko drumming, and more.<\/p>\r\n
