Despite the fact that she was born blind, she honored her mother&#8217;s teachings and fulfilled her life as a <em>goze<\/em> entertainer.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"result-shield-container tlid-copy-target\" style=\"text-align: left;\" tabindex=\"0\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Filmed in Joetsu City and Myoko City, this is a movie that is closely connected to the region, where citizens also appeared in the film as extras.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-121949\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Still0824_00002-2.jpg\" alt=\"Still0824_00002\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Still0824_00002-2-400x225.jpg\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tetsuro Ikeda, the CEO of Chiyo no Hikari Sake Brewery, said, \u201cI thought of the snow scene that impressed me in the movie. \u00a0From the time the director first talked to me, I decided on the image of a white sake in a light blue bottle.\u00a0 I think we have made a sake of ultimate tenderness, like the ultimate love expressed by the <em>goze<\/em> performers.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-121951\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Still0824_00004-2.jpg\" alt=\"Still0824_00004\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Still0824_00004-2-400x225.jpg\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <em>Goze<\/em> sake is made from 100% Gohyaku Mangoku rice from Niigata Prefecture.
