<\/p>\r\nOutdoor season has arrived! This year, Yukiguni Journey will again feature campgrounds in various locations.
\r\nDetailed information, as well as editorial recommendations for places to stop by, are included.
\r\nWhether you want to have fun with your family or enjoy your own time solo camping, there is something for everyone.
\r\nWhy not go out and play in the great outdoors?<\/p>\r\n
It is a 15-minute drive from National Route 117 via Prefectural Route 284.
\r\nThe campground is located about 600 meters above sea level on the outskirts of Tokamachi City, near Tsunan Town.<\/p>\r\n

The campground has three tent sites with a total of 35 tents, five cottages, and 10 auto sites with AC power, making it easy for even outdoor novices to use.<\/p>\r\n

On-site facilities include a main administration building equipped with a shop, showers, and coin-operated laundry, as well as a sanitation building with sinks and toilets, a separate toilet building, and two cooking areas. Of course, a wide range of camping gear is available for rent. Free Wi-Fi is also available.<\/p>\r\n There is also a women-only shower building that women and small children can use with peace of mind, and there is a powder corner.<\/p>\r\n The campground is also attractive for its excellent views from the sites. The surrounding environment also allows visitors to experience the beauty of each season as only a campground rich in nature can, with double cherry blossoms in spring, fresh greenery in summer, and autumn leaves in fall. \r\nThe terraced rice paddies of the Seidayama village below and the Shinano River and its tributaries that form what is said to be the largest river terrace in Japan are a sight to behold.
\r\nBeyond that, visitors can enjoy views of the mountains bordering Niigata and Nagano prefectures, Mount Yone and Mount Kurohime overlooking the Sea of Japan, and, weather permitting, Mount Myoko and Mount Hiuchi.<\/p>\r\n<\/a><\/p>\r\n
\r\nThe surrounding area is unobstructed, so the star-filled night sky is also a highlight.<\/p>\r\n
