About 500,000 sunflowers of the &#8220;hybrid sunflower&#8221; variety are grown in the 4-hectare field.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2932.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-195765\" src=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2932-716x537.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2932-400x300.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>According to the Executive Committee, this year&#8217;s blooms began around the 30th of last month, about a week later than usual. As of Monday, March 7, the second of the three fields is at its best.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2922.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-195763\" src=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2922-716x538.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"602\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2922-400x301.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>The observation deck on the plaza offers magnificent views, and visitors can also enjoy cruising through a maze built in the field.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2920.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-195761\" src=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2920-716x538.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"602\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/tokamachi.yukiguni.town\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_2920-400x301.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>According to the Tsunan Tourist Association, the best time to see the sunflowers, including the third field, will continue until around the Bon Festival.
