We sell only two types of Onsen-manju and carefully select the best. Onsen manjyu are made with red beans produced in Hokkaido. Opened last December, Krone offers unusual hot dogs made with pretzel, a German bread. The sausages, a speciality of the restaurant, are made from &#8220;Tonki,&#8221; a brand of pork from Kahoku City, Ishikawa Prefecture.<\/p>\r\n<p>When you order, they cook the sausage right in front of you. After browning the sausages, they are covered with a lid and steamed.
