Ltd. cultivates edible physalis in Myoko City.\u00a0 They developed the curry, and are working on making it a speciality.\u00a0 \u201cIt\u2019s a curry that brings out the sweetness, fruitiness, and aroma of physalis,\u201d said Ogawa, the managing director.<\/p>\r\n<p>ASAP started cultivating physalis in a greenhouse four years ago. The controlled conditions in the greenhouse sweetens the fruit.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mr. Ogawa said, &#8220;In winter, when the trees begin bearing the fruit, the contrasting temperatures between night and day cause the fruit to become sweet.
