It is a raw liquor with a rich taste and a fruity freshness. It has a rich, round taste with the fruitiness and freshness characteristic of unpasteurized sake.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kohei Kawakami of Jyuniya<br \/>\r\nIt is characterized by a melon-like fruitiness in the mouth and a long aftertaste.
