Sake Brewery&#8221;\u00a0in Ogata-Ward, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, will release \u201cKatafune Daiginjo Koshu Utsuroi\u201d on November 19th (Friday).\u00a0 This is a set of three bottles of Katafune Daiginjo sake from different years of brewing.\u00a0<br \/>\r\n* \u201c<em>Daiginjo<\/em>&#8221; is a super-premium sake made by removing the outer layers of rice and using only the best part.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Utsuroi_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-161776\" has won awards in competitions all over the world. \u00a0\u201cKatafune Daiginjo Koshu Utsuroi\u201d is a set of three types of Katafune Daiginjo aged sake from the year\u2019s 2004, 2012 and 2019.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Features of 2004<\/strong><br \/>\r\nThis\u00a0is the oldest Daiginjo sake stored in the sake brewery. \u00a0It is slightly amber in color and has a slightly chocolate-like scent. \u00a0You will certainly enjoy the soft scent of &#8220;Katafune&#8221;.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Features of 2012\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\r\nThis\u00a0is just in the middle between the oldest and newest brews. \u00a0You can feel Ginjo aroma and the slight bitterness unique to aged sake after you take a sip.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Features of 2019<\/strong><br \/>\r\nThe\u00a0newest Daiginjo sake. \u00a0You can enjoy the young and fruity aroma of Koshitanrei, a rice grown just for sake brewing in Niigata prefecture.<\/p>\r\n<p>Although\u00a0all three types are Daiginjo sake, each has its own playful gift box where the year written on the package changes by moving the wrapping paper.\u00a0 Limited to 100 sets, it will be available from Friday November 19th at liquor stores in Joetsu City and at the Takeda Sake Brewery store.<\/p>\r\n<p>Takeda\u00a0Sake Brewery has been selling aged sake since \u201cKatafune DAIGINJO 2006 VINTAGE,\u201d which was released in May, 2021 with a limited release of 200 bottles. \u00a0This is the first time that a set of aged sake has been released.<\/p>\r\n<p><a
