text-decoration-color: initial;\">Mr. Kenichiro Ikeda, from \u201cChiyo no Hikari Sake Brewery\u201d in Myoko City, which undertook the production, said, \u201cI\u2019ve never heard of sake that is a blend of 14 types of sake. \u00a0The mixing ratio is a secret. \u00a0As a matter of course, 14 sake was not divided into equally but was mixed while tasting to give it a high-quality flavor.\u00a0 The taste is finished with a light white peach-like aroma and the soft sweetness that is characteristic of sake from the Joetsu Myoko region.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"color: #333333;
