Buckwheat is planted on approximately 12 hectares of ranch site on the Hikarigahara Plateau at an altitude of around 1000 meters.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Still0907_00001-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-154616\" src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Still0907_00001-2.jpg\" alt=\"Still0907_00001\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" data-low-src=\"https:\/\/www.joetsu.ne.jp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Still0907_00001-2-400x225.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>The variety is &#8220;Toyomusume&#8221;. It is raised by Mr. Seizo Arai of &#8220;Dogata no Sato Production Association&#8221;.
